HISTORY

Founded in 1939 by George E. Harris, George G. Harris, Joe Greve and William S. Elkins in 1946, A-Moving & Storage became an agent for North American Van Lines giving them access to over 1000 agents worldwide.

In 1957 a new multi-level facility was built just to the northwest of downtown Houston which provides over a 1 million square feet of covered and conditioned storage space.

Today A-Moving & Storage provides basic and specialized moving and storage services to the individual, as well as hospitals, universities, churches and companies large and small.
